Long ago, I designed and delivered impactful internal education programs and initiatives as part of Change Management to aid the transformation efforts of a National Transportation Agency.
The posters were distributed across 14 regional offices to educate over 150,000 employees about the goals of agency’s transformation and included an engaging call to action for them to share their ideas with the transformation’s division head office.

The transformation was comprised of 12 programmes. Since it was a brand new division, I created an easy to follow organisation chart that showed which department heads and staff members were responsible for which transformation programme.
