There’s no easy way to manage claims that involves many products, staff members, contractors, suppliers and end users and stores all claims for analytics purposes.
I designed a claims app that, when submitted, will notify the managers that can then review and provide a resolution for it. The product buyer can view the past supplier-specific claims and resolutions to discuss with them before buying more products.
