Client
A distribution company providing high-quality materials specified by architects and designers for commercial projects.
Inspiring action
The purpose of this webpage is to inspire action on behalf of architects to work with the client. Each section is designed with that in mind. First impressions sets the tone of that interaction. Let’s see what tactics the competitors are using to win over the clients?

Looks can be copied and most commercial projects go for plain tiles of neutral tones. Most products are made using the same material and production techniques and thus have identical technical properties to satisfy minimum specifications requirements.
Not only are the products virtually indistinguishable but the suppliers feel the same. None of them inspire action on behalf of architects because no matter which one you go with, they’re all the same.
Where they come from
It is equally important for my client’s website to stand apart from their clients’ websites, emphasizing their role as a collaborator rather than a competitor. That will offer a refreshing but also a supportive feel that motivates and enables productivity.
While they share similarities — providing products and services to architects, who then offer services to site owners — my client’s role is quite different. They support the creative process, rather than direct it. Architects rely on my client to bring their ideas to life, respecting their role, not to shape or impose on their creative vision. They don’t want to hear that something is impossible — they need technical support that enables their creativity, and empowers them to succeed. My client wants their clients to feel inspired and motivated to create, and to associate that good feeling with the client.
They also have different clients, and it’s all about creating a tailored, user-specific approach. Site owners and architects look for and are inspired by different things. My client’s website needs to stand out — not just from competitors, but also from their clients’ websites — to feel truly special and unique.

Their architectural clients feature interior and exterior space designs that inspire site owners to ‘create’. Some of them feel fresh with red, violet, black and white colours but there’s one thing that both tile distributors and architects seem to be missing.
People inspire people
People inspire people. Brick and mortar does not. It’s people having a good time when using certain products. It’s athletes and mathletes that others aspire to become. It’s a customer-centric approach for enterprises both large and small, regardless of the industry.

That’s the idea, now what about execution? How do architects and designers have a good time using the Client’s products and expertise?
Process inspires people
Those minimalist website and building designs are oftentimes created in a collaborative process and on a rather messy workspace. People find the behind-the-scenes process very inspirational and it motivates them to create something of their own and succeed. Which is why the setup tours of famous content creators are very popular:

Solution
In a world where products are virtually indistinguishable from the technical standpoint, technical support is the only differentiating factor that can help you stand out from local and global competition on international projects. You have to show that you can collaborate with the architects and designers to help turn their vision into reality.
This, creative clutter, is where the magic happens. It’s all about people, having a good time doing what they love, sharing ideas and brainstorming, featuring their amazing products, inspiring a sense of collaboration and linking good time to their company:
