The first website I designed to help launch TownX in as little time as possible had an insignificant amount of content: the company just started its first apartment complex and only had an evocative name, minimum branding, stationery and collateral that I could come up with under the given time constraints. Naturally, I proposed a minimal and clean web design with just a handful of webpages:
Since then, I have helped the company expand its brand system and brand architecture to support the launch of several more projects as well as subsidiaries in adjacent services sector.
I also helped the company accumulate thousands of followers on social media and over 300 blog posts including related news, industry insights, construction updates, bulk-editing hundreds of construction site pictures using Photoshop actions and JavaScript.
The new design takes advantage of the brand pattern as well as the extensive news categories and subcategories, half a dozen of product landing pages with features such as availability:
