A family-owned, high-end property management company based in Cairo, Egypt.
The website embodies the philosophy of “Invest to Harvest,” illustrating how property management helps maximise returns and grow investment portfolios rather than allowing properties to depreciate.
The design features custom artwork: custom skies, water ripples, and reflections, integrating wheat stalks in the cityscape to symbolise growth of the Egyptian real estate.
Wheat also symbolises the hard work that goes into property management, fruition of efforts, and abundance.

About Section
The ‘About’ section ties everything together with the brand’s story, the ‘Y’ behind the business, and the custom pattern that reflects upward-facing houses, reinforcing the theme of growth and real estate success:

Portrait
Perhaps the most striking transformation is the founder’s portrait where I removed his glasses, adjusted his head position, increased confidence by changing the angle of his eyes, added shading around his eyes and nose, and gave him a stylish hat and subtle smile. His clothes were recoloured, and the company logo was added to a blurred background building:

A dynamic carousel highlights one property at a time, drawing focus while subtly concealing others to create an exclusive feel.
